Vidarbha rode on a five-wicket haul by Umesh Yadav and a half-century by Ravi Jangid to outplay Odisha by 73 runs in a super league match of the Syed Mushtaqu Ali Trophy All-India T-20 Cricket Tournament at Indore today.
Electing to bat Vidarbha made 180 for eight and then bowled out Odisha for 107 in 14.3 overs. While suffering the big defeat, Odisha found some consolation with all-rounder Ankit Yadav hitting an unbeaten half-century and pace spearhead Basant Mohanty bagging three wickets for 30 runs.
